This RFP solicits proposals to provide or extend services that
increase the ability of applications to manage Time by enabling
ability for a distributed application to have a common understanding
of time, ability to support a number of different concepts of time to
characterize sources of each, to determine the relationship among
them, and to determine durations, CORBA operation invocations that are
delayed by a given amount of time or are executed periodically.
